Having had the priviledge of working many years with families of children and adults with
special needs, we have found that the greatest challenge they faced was that they never knew
WHERE to access needed information or WHEN they should have obtained services.
This site is being developed to provide families with the information needed to effectively monitor a
child's development and obtain the necessary services needed to assist a child with special needs. We
urge you send us comments on how we can improve this site for you.

Michael Gonsalves
Web Developer
Mike has previously been employed as Supervisor of Client Coordination and Service Coordinator
for a New York City, Early Intervention Provider. Also a former Assistant Psychologist,
Vocational Rehabilitative Counselor, Vocational Trainer and an Assistant Teacher for children and adults with special needs,
Mike later changed careers to Information Technology.

Keith is presently employed as NYC Firefighter. Keith was formerly a Service Coordinator who accessed services for children
enrolled in The New York City Early Intervention Program, a
Vocational Rehabilitative Counselor, Vocational trainer and Assistant Teacher for children
